Mbye has been recovering from an injury to get back in the side....when he played the first few games with Brooks plenty of people had a good view of him improving Lukes play...I think at this stage of his career he is a solid 14 for any team...the low barrage of crap thrown at him by some who dont even know him but think they can inflick verbal atrosities at him because the team isnt winning shows the lack of knowledge of the clubs politics...firstly he is an Ivan signing which we have had to keep so far...he always represents the club well...he was great early before injuries hit and now I feel his career is coming to a close....some others in the squad get away with crap because they are liked by fans others arent...its human nature...

We are not getting value for money out of him, if he is indeed on 800K a year, I would be OK with the club carrying $500K of that to have him play elsewhere next year and put that money and spot toward another centre, winger or second rower.

I seriously don't understand what's to be jealous about. But aide from that....

Nobody knows what he's getting paid. If you heard $800k from a journo, you can safely assume the figure is pumped up significantly by an agent.

Regardless, we're not going to work our way out of this hole with a few fantasy football trades.

When I say I'm jealous, I mean it in a jovial way, who wouldn't like that sort of pay packet. At the end of the day the club offered him it, he didn't kick the door in and put a gun to Pascoe's head and demand it.

In any case, I just don't think he offers enough to be persisting with. He has asked to look elsewhere so he has one foot out the door. Best to let him explore the options and move on to the future.

Exactly, I don’t think he is trying to lose , I just think he is just not trying and if he is trying then he is in abominable form… I don’t like bagging first grade footballers, not at all, but he is paid to play and IMO he is not good enough to be picked in first grade at all, and the fact that he is continually picked despite having no positive impact on the team as it’s 5/8 is a f alarm red flag. Look at his Stats, no line breaks or try assists or tackle busts , stuff all runs and metres gained, no repeat sets , no kicking game, NOTHING!!!!! For heavens sake can someone please tell me what does MBYE bring to the team? What does he contribute? He even looks miserable when he is out there, low energy, scared, whiny look even……it is beyond farce, satire even…. why is he out there?

Mbye 3 x as many runs for almost 4 x as many metres. Moses never even got tackled. Moses missed 9 tackles to Mbyes 3.

Mbye isnt even Moses league as a tanker, but he still has time.
