So please … some of you take a deep breath and reach for those blue zen pills, and chill!

I'll be honest a bunch of people on here need anxiety medications.

It's an edge backrower for your footy team who has a ratified contract for the next 3 years who even said he was looking forward to working with our coaches.

I don't know what you guys would do if you had a high pressure job or a problem in your family.

Gutherson was on Big Sports Breakfast this morning and they asked him about IP and if he was going to flip on his Tigers contract.

Gutherson said he would love for him to stay at Pawwa but he expected IP to honour his contract for next year with us.

Also mentioned that IP was really focused on finishing off the season as strong as he could. You can't blame IP for not wanting to talk about next season when he and his mates from Pawwa are heading towards finals in THIS season, says to me he is a stand up guy.

A stand up guy?
What about this maybe..

“Yeah look im really committed to trying to win the comp this year. When my time here is over i look forward to joining the Tigers and having a big season”

I think he'll come but I seriously shake my head when people actively and with no incredulity, talk about flipping on a contract. Seriously?
Sorry Westpac, I'm flipping on my contract I signed as my bank manager has recently left. Thanks so much.

The media interest in IP and his intentions is motivated by causing controversy. We should not be holding that against him just because he has been playing good footy and is in demand. What ever he says some fans will read something positive into it and others wont. He is entitled to focus on Parra without the badgering after all he is currently contracted to them.

Oh you can do that great. Time to get a new home loan. Cheers for the heads up

Agree with most ppl on here.

I think a big factor is 2023 looks bright for the club. And I’m the most pessimistic idiot on here about the club.

Reading all the comments the kids coming thru gives me optimism.

Api coming (9 is so important because he controls the ruck and attack)
Jackson Hastings and Douhei

I think we need some better backs but we are on the rise compared to eels.

I get your point but what if you were hired by a manager you really wanted to work for and a new manager took over?

Mum always told me a good boss is worth more than any monetary value. They dictate the culture of your workplace. The skills And knowledge they impart to you. It’s infectious or alternatively it can have the opposite effect for a boss you don’t know

If he has to play 2 years of reserve grade let it be so. This keeps on happening because weak clubs like us, let him walk. At the very least if we stand our ground and play him in reserve grade, others will think before signing and we will be sure that the players who sign actually come...why? because they will know NSW cup beckons for a bad decision.

He’ll be a big draw card at Lidcombe Oval.

With Paps in black & white, we’ll pack out the Tommy Raudonikis Stand next season 👍

I suppose that’s what he has to work out. To ascertain all the variables. His career is at stake - he’s only 23 so if the club and coaches direction is counter to what he had envisioned then it makes sense he’d want to head to a different club considering he’s played for Madge etc

I was hired 12 months ago to a section in Federal Govt and the boss that hired me had left because the negative vettting clearance took 18 months and I subsequently started and the new boss had hired a whole new team and I felt absolutely miserable. Lucky the old boss got me out to her new team within the dept. just my thoughts
