It would be cheaper to pay out Jason Taylors final two years than to get rid of Robbie.

What did JT accuse and threaten Farah with?

He will playing NSW cup if he stays, if Farah was in form he can not possibly play NSW cup, that my friend would be work place discrimination, and any coach who new what he was doing would never have said that.

Form is a matter of opinion. Mal and his superleague mates took the ARL to court for non selection in origin and lost.

Form is not a matter of opinion if your opinion is clouded by other factors - ie intense dislike

Proving hate would be harder than proving form. This is brilliant.

Sam Ayoub is a very very smart man.
once Taylor made that threat, he stood up and said the meeting is over.
(obviosuly a little more emotional than that)

some of you might now be wondering why or how is it that the coach of the NSW team came out with such a strong stance on this also.

Ayoubs testimony is the key in any potential case. This isnt conjecture, he was in the room when it happened and will attest to the nature of the comments.

And i did suspect Daleys comments might be a play by Ayoub.

thats right.
Importantly, its also of value to consider which other players in the tiger camp are on Sams books and of equal importance which potential players out their the tigers may want in the future that are connected to Sam.

You all saw what the Orr brothers (pacific management) did to the titans over their Nate miles dispute.
managers are very very big players in the NRL.
Its a immature board to want to get into a battle with a player manager.

so a person takes his employer to court for harassment / bullying / threats w…whatever you want to call it.
His manager is a witness and somehow you have interpreted that as bullying by the manager (Ayoub)
?????

not to your fantasy land where you can sue a coach for dumping you.
You gonna comment on the superleague boys losing their case for not being picked for origin?

if it was that simple we wouldnt be in this mess in the first place.
in this case / context …. Robbie and his mgt have everything in their court to do what they want.
ill even give you a lead so you can save some reading and typing.
Ring the RLPA and ask them yourself.
Or - if you work - go to your HR section in the morning and ask them

"if i dont fit in your plans - regardless of if you want to pay me my entitlements - can you legally just sack me and tell me if i dont go ill be cleaning the driveway from next week"

(apolgies in advance if your already cleaning the drive way)

Attempted insults proves you know that your not making sense. I'm thinking youre maybe just a troll. No-one with half a brain could believe what your writing. Cya in court.

Gallagher,

I believe I read in one of the papers it is alleged that Farah was excluded from leadership meetings between Taylor and senior players despite being captain. Also being told you will play reserve grade regardless of form or standing in the game hardly wins you employer of the year award. Call it classical bullying, marginalisation or harassment there are laws which cover this type of behaviour. Most importantly, it reflects poorly on the club and when parents are deciding which team their young boy may agree to a scholarship with, this type of thing may count against us.

im certainly not a troll and i can certainly assure you i am aware of laws around employment & human resource.

there are 2 phone no's you can call in the morning to check anything i have said.

i do agree with you on one thing no-one with half a brain will believe what im saying here.

Has taylor told Farah he'll be sweeping driveways? As far as I've seen, he's been told he'll get his money and he'll be PLAYING FOOTBALL in reserves? Not sweeping driveways. Keep trolling though. You got me hooked.

Give it rest Gallagher its 2015 and these laws are in play.

If Robbie and his manager wanted to to really sink the tigers as a club, he would put in a formal complaint with the NRL and the RLPA will back him to the tilt regarding the manner in which JT accused and threatened an employee - robbie.
All will be revealed in good time, but its safe to say - Tigers could sack JT on those grounds alone.
the cost would be 0.00
The board however - may need to go also as they have also come out in public support of the coaches actions.

if this was any other work place in Australia, the club would be in a "bit of strife" as they say

What are you talking about!!!!!!? Mate.

Complain about what - being paid out every cent you are owed. That is really bad.

It is the coaches choice who he puts in the NRL from his roster. If he wants to play Farah in the NSW Cup - he is entitled to do that.

SO… What are you on about???

What laws are you basing your statement on. There are a lot of offices that will be shaking in their boots if what you say is true.

Also have you ever thought to take a career up in law because you can really tell you know your stuff.

Spot on.

Its a very simple case of work place bullying, hasnt been tested in the sporting arena but this could well be the test case.

Its not your usual dropping of a player, its threatening to drop them regardless of form unless they leave the club.

Its enough to cancel Taylors contract at no cost.

Its enough for the NRL to step in and sanction the board.

Dribble dribble
