@coivtny If this is whats happening the club needs to pull its offer and speed dial Munster ...see people this will be ugly signing another prima dona! have not we had enough of those of late...
 
We are assuming no other players of note have been signed. One player"s name has been mentioned in the press and the release of names either signed or re-signed has been co-ordinated a day per week. It smells like a media strategy and that the club knows what it is doing.
 
In all honesty at the end of last season I thought 2020 was just gonna be chalked up as another 9th waiting for our cap issues to be fixed so all the potential signings and stuff has gotta be better then just sitting around waiting for 2021.
 
@avocadoontoast this is crap . If there was a ranking system for juniors , our juniors would have gone from 14-16 to at least top 8 , over 1 off season.
The talent is definitely there . And we still have to spend 1.2 mil to be cap compliant . So just RELAXA for gods sake . You , Gallagher , all these losers who keep crapping in the team acting like petulant babies need to absolutely check yourselves. It’s constant , it’s every 10th post and your not saying anything original or adding anything . Just shut up until an announcement .

So you're suggesting that we have signed some players of note and not announced it? The only player (recently) we've been rumoured to be signing it Leilua from the Dragons, and he's not exactly a player of note. He's a fringe first grader.
 
I am trying not to be that glass half empty bloke but I'm starting to think the worst here. Souths were always the big risk for a lot of reasons and it's starting to look like it may play out that way. If it does life will go on but there's isn't another player on the market that goes closer to Mitchell in terms of x-factor potential. We will sign two or three middle of the road players, we won't get remotely close to Munster and we will finish around 9th to 12th again next year. The saddest thing if we do miss out on Mitchell is not missing out it's what is says about or club as a likely destination for top line talent.

All you do on this forum is complain about other posters whilst adding absolutely nothing of value. I'd suggest you block all posters that annoy you but unfortunately you'd be just looking at a blank screen. So why don't you do us all a favour and just bugger off, you go on like an old woman.

The sky won't fall in but there is very strong likelihood that Wests tigers home attendances will dramatically in 2020. Economically it is very much looking like the best bet best to up the payment for Mitchell. Otherwise we're in trouble.
