If LM comes to the Tigers on a million plus the eyes of the world are on his every move. Every missed tackle, every missed goal and every dropped ball will be headlines. Some players love that pressure and others hate it. That’s why he will end up at Souths no matter what we offer, because there are other players to spread the blame and Uncle Wayne is a expert of diverting attention from his players.

It’s also why we should keep our million till a player comes along who wants to tell everyone that he is the best in any team he turns out for or against

I don’t doubt for a second that he’s heading to Souths, the only doubt is the doubt that Latrell and Rose Garden are creating for Souths to extract extra coin. We’ve been used as a pawn all summer and now that the other bidders have eroded away we are the only bargaining chip left at the casino

I think TIGERS are smart waiting for trials to see how Cini and Simkins perform and maybe upgrade to 1st grade.the same with Walters. For me we need to offer something that he cannot refuse (Unfortunate but its reality)

I say we increase our offer for this year from the 800k to 1.1m and have the contract for 4 years at 4.3m total..

Lets be honest here we are not going to be able to spend the money this year anyway on top player/s as none really left.
