Marshall's 250th match!

Marshall has been ruled out against the Titans and his milestone match has been put on hold with a hamstring injury ruling him out.

I would like to congratulate Benji on a fabulous career and honestly regard him as the greatest ever player to put on the Black, Orange and White.

Marshall should play his 250th game against us!

Yes Benji put the Weststigers on the map ,and is by far the most prolific player the Club has ever had .. It was a discrace that Sheens butchered his career by not signing a compitant half back when Prince left , well done Benji your humility and magic will never be forgotten by my family .

Agree Snake, Benji's career highlights reel would be twice as big if he and the team around him was managed better at WT. Turning him into a tight playing ball distributor in his prime was unforgivable, but classic Sheens unfortunately!

Brooks/Benji would have been an absolute ripper, we would have probably lost Moses though so im glad it didn't happen.

Good luck to him

Benji's highlight reel is already twice if not 5 times as long as anyone else's. Magic player. Still love him.

250 is s huge millstone considering the early injuries he had.
I still got a soft spot for him. i always watch him, hoping he plays well.

I used to get a kick out of watching Benji fail when he first signed for Saints ..
Now I feel sorry for him .
He just doesn't have it anymore . If he RAN the ball he'd still be a quality player IMO .

Still a great milestone to reach 250 games when it happens .

I still like to see him do well, but now I don't have to tear my hair out when he passes to no-one five times.

Congats to Benji on reaching 250 games, when he runs out onto the field for it.
Had the ability to turn a match in an instant, and help wests tigers win matches.

Grateful to have seen him in his prime.

Was a definitive shining star in the NRL.
As time has gone on, the shining star has lost its brightness.

I guess it would be hard for an elite sportsperson, to accept that their time is coming, to give their profession up.

I would not know this, never been in the situation.

Or throws the cut out pass to a supporter in row 6 ..

Diamonds and rocks our boy Benji.
The real WT supporters will never get themselves to hate this guy regardless..
One of the best to ever wear our jersey.

All the best Benj, hope you can somehow play against the goal post titans this week

Still doesn't feel right seeing him in a Dragons jersey.

All thanks to Mick Potter.. Drove a wedge through our club and nearly ran it into the ground.
The only reason i can stand watching the Red V play is to watch Benji..

Unfortunately for Benji his highlights reel has not been added to since 2011

Look he doesn't play for us anymore , care factor Is really out the window

Same goes for most ex WT's player

No guarantees he'll be ready for the WT's game , hamstrings can really mess with you , look at Wade McKinnon

He's had a couple of stints on the sideline with his hammy's this yr, each time longer than a week. Him playing against us wouldn't be a certainty.

Sorry I 100% disagree.
He's the most overrated player ever to play Rugby league. I enjoyed watching him when he came on the scene but after that I just could not see what everyone else could. As the years went on he got worse. The only thing I liked about his later career was his ego to knock back our ridiculous offer to him to stay.

Over to you to smash in Stryker

One word summary, disrespectful
Even Benji's enemies wont put him down like you have..

Wow

I know it sounds very harsh but I just wasn't a fan. I understand I am way in the minority here and I mean no disrespect to him as a person. I just never got all the hype. What's even worse, and this is to my detriment, apparently he went well in 2010\. The only thing I remember from 2010 is us losing to the Roosters in the finals as I was there.

Benji won us more games than he lost, and we would not have won the premiership without him.
So I will always like the bloke, but I hope he doesn't play against us next week, he can save his winning 250th game till the week after, and we can all enjoy it with him.
