Cartwright is absolute rubbish.

Not sure on that, Cartwright is a defensive liability and I think most teams can handle his offloads and attacking flair. Not saying he is a dud but I don't think he is the player we all thought he would be, although we do need a player who can create something and he might tick the box. If I had a choice it would be Moylan, top shelve player that can kick…no brainer to me
Cartwright is not in the same class as Moylan ,Moylan is a game changer the one percentage player that ever team needs .Cartwrite just an above average type that still
Needs to learn to tackle the Tigers already have a few of these already .
Anyone who puts Cartwright in the same league as Moylan has no idea about footy. He has done nothing all year.
@ said:The reality is Cleary has done a great job, but it certainly helps to make the signings he has made with a full cap available. Had the big 4 stayed, he would not have had the freedom to do what he did. He was blessed to walk in when he did. Im sure it influenced his decision to take the job.

@ said:Meh, id still be in favour of Carty over Moylan. We need a back rower.

Because he's been injured for half of it.

I could be wrong but i am sure when he arrived the so called "big 4" had not signed with anyone so i fail to see how it would have "influenced his decision" in taking the job.If anything having them still at the club is more likely to have "influenced his decision".Fortunately Cleary was smart enough to adjust to an ever changing situation and now we are looking much stronger as a club

And what has he done in the other half, absolutely nothing. Almost as good as your favourite coach.

I agree. Cartwright is a real liability thrown in with random genius. And if people think Moylan is a grub of human then Cartwright would be marked a parasite.
@ said:@ said:@ said:@ said:lol. Sorry, the board and Cleary have turned this club around. Former administration would've bent their backs for the Big 4 and dug us a deeper hole. I'm praising our club for something, I guess my comment was a bit too optimistic for you, was it? If so, extremely sorry.
Well said Tigersbusdriver. Cleary has really turned this club around. Some people want to live in fantasy land and **think JT would have been able to recruit as good as Cleary but they are dreaming.**
Nobody actually said **that**, its you interpretation only.
Youre actually agreeing with someones speculation..
I told you I'm not interested. Like most of the things you post on here it's meaningless and pointless. Now go away.

Not interested enough to reply… You still struggling with the concept of discussion.
TigersBusDriver guessed/speculated and you agreed... now THAT'S meaningless

Well, GNR suggested that the club's turnaround does not solely lie upon Cleary and his hardwork, but also the board. I agreed with GNR, and chose to add to my previous post that Cleary and the new board have rejuvenated the club. Consider our club's previous position when under Grant Mayer and JT, was I really speculating?

Some six months back following reincarnation and bugger all has changed. The door could be beckoning again.
