They have a registered TPA, that "is unlikely to be transferred to another club"? But I thought TPAs were not allowed to be associated with the clubs? That they were sorted out independently from the clubs? I know that it's bs, but I thought that was the rules they were at least pretending to follow. So how can they say that a TPA is unlikely to be transferred to another club?

As I said before I don't belive transfer fees exist between NRL Clubs…reading the smh article it states that the fee is not included in the Cap but the paying Club has to pay a 50% loading to the NRL....first i have heard of this...i dont kniw of any cases in recent times this has happened..will check further...

Normally if a Club wants to move a player on it has to pick up some of the freight for the new Club ie Robbie Farah..if the player wants the relaase ie Moses the Club doesn't pay anything of the new contract...

Given our recent history of letting players go Austin Taupau etc ..we should be rolling in transfer fees...lol

And Sharks think they can keep Maloney, buy big on Dugan (after letting Bird go), but then still splurge on Moylan for near $1m? How can we compete with teams that cheat so brazenly? Broncos, Roosters, Storm, now Sharks… amazing Eels got into the top four with these cheaters, but of course Eels were busted for cheating only last year so...

If Moylan goes to the Sharks it'll be a swap with Maloney. It's the only way it works.

Between Brooks, Reynolds, Tui, Benji and possibly Moylan … that's alot of potential playmakers. You couldn't possibly keep them all in the 17 each week, which means we have spent big money on someone to play reggies.

Reynolds debuted in first grade at hooker . Hasler changed him to a 5/8 .
