Player signings around the Grounds

Why is it when other clubs need to move on players duevto cap issues, it's all lovey Dovey between club and player and off they go without any dramas… when they WT try to do the same the proverbial hits the fan...

Firing someone and making them ok with it is a talent that is usually only one that someone charismatic has. JT is anti charisma.

Probably shows the class of the person being released more than the people doing the releasing

Shows that they have egos righting cheques that their talents on a rugby league field can't cash

Lee is horrendous. Cost Canberra that final.

Still a better winger than Rankin

Every team has at least 2 better wingers than Rankin, us included, doesn't mean he won't be there in round 1.

Lee over Rankin? The same Lee who cost the Raiders the pre lim last year?

Could've happened to anyone. Was Wayne Pearce a dud player because he dropped that pass in the '89 GF? Mistakes happen. Edrick would of been a handy pick-up, a giant winger who can leap and has pace….3 qualities our current wingers don't possess (granted Nofo caught that one spectacular bomb against Manly many moons ago).

Probably to do with the quality of players being moved on.

"Anyone want a Rankin? I have a spare Rankin here. Anyone? How about a Kev Naiqama? No? Anyone?"

Nathan Davis might be available…

Might be worth a look at if Simona gets sacked as we'll be a little short on back line depth. Another big body could be handy.

Edit: He kicked goals for the Eels in NYC back in 2015 as well. Another goal kicking option would be good.

Because other teams don't have RF.

Just had a mental picture of JT dressed up as an old fashion spruiker out the front of Concord

I've said this before, but Farah is fast becoming to the Tigers what Trotsky was to the post-revolution Soviet communists: the convenient hate figure that can be blamed for all failings within the ruling party. Lovett caught with coke at the casino? Farah planted it. Simona busted for betting against himself? Farah made him do it.

Exceptional use of hyperbole there.

Has Farah been to Mexico recently?

Toulon have decided they won't be re-newing James O'Connor's contract, ironically this is because he was allegedly found in possession of cocaine and despite this they've signed Ben Barba…

I wonder if O'Connor could make the move to Rugby League?

Nup. O'Connor isn't even good at his chosen sport, let alone RL.
Plus his sizeable ego would see him asking for 500 or 600 grand a season. Couldn't be a bigger no.

Fox sports are reporting that West Tigers are making a play for Jack De Belin.

Roosters shuffling the Salary Cap Deck to make a play for Jason Taumololo..

Which is not right as I saw him 1st…
