The meeting in December is only to get JT off the hook, they can say that Robbie is being a good boy now so he stays in the team as Capt and JT saves face and lets the team play both styles as the capt reads it on the field. Not to have an idiot throwing his mobile phone when their team scores a terrific try. I put it down to HT reading the riot act to them. And in public and private Robbie will be respectable to JT for at least two years.

Did u seriously believe Gasnier when he said that about Taylor when Robbie scored? It was tongue in cheek

If that actually happened and was on video there would be an uproar. I d say the backlash would have been so big the club would have sacked Taylor

Do you have an opinion worth offering or are you going to take potshots from the peanut gallery at other members who choose to contribute to the discussion?

I don't have an opinion based on any logical thoughts whatsoever so I'm going to take potshots. Ironically, I'm currently eating peanuts as I type this. They're a good source of vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese.

I provided my opinion pages ago and nothing has come to hand to either change or reaffirm what I've already said, I still don't feel the need to have a shot at those who continue to contribute.

I can relate to Farah and his level of "passion" (his culture comes into play here) and how that might be perceived and I also think that good coaches (or if you like, managers in a business) know about emotional intelligence and the need to treat every person individually to get the most out of them. I'm not suggesting JT hasn't done this but I am hoping he has.

Hard to disagree with anything you've said. The issue is that there's so much conjecture. Rightly, or wrongly the club are choosing to stay quiet, JT gave one hurried press conference, Ayoub is running his mouth, JT's inglorious exit from Souths & past innuendo about Farah's relationships with former coaches is being dredged up and that combination has allowed so much plausible speculation to be made, none of which is positive for the club.

At the end of the day I support the club. Coaches and players come and go. It's the logo on the jersey (and sleeves,) that are the constant. Whatever conclusion is reached, all parties must realise that the club comes first. The minute a party forgets about that, they should be shown the door.

Thrown into the hot seat at the embattled club just a few weeks ago, Pascoe has been asked by club management to end the bitter dispute between captain and coach that threatens to tear the Tigers apart. Pascoe has already had talks with both parties and those close to the club believe the warring duo could soon shake hands and resolve to work together again.

When the Tigers told Farah he was free to leave a couple of months ago, they were hoping the Blues hooker would take the hint and move on. But Farah hasn’t been able to find a new club - and to be honest, hasn’t been looking all that hard. He believes he can ride out the storm and win the battle with Taylor and keep his spot at the Tigers.

Early interest from the Knights and Rabbitohs has died, meaning no other club in the NRL will take Farah. He doesn’t want to play overseas, so Pascoe is now working on mending the rift and getting Farah and Taylor back on the same page.

And as for your suggestion that he should train hard like he doesn't allready? From all reports over his time at WT he's been known as a very good , hard trainer. As for listening to the coach? Where is the proof he isn't? Just asking in case you know something we don't.

Of course i'm not a player or a coach at the club and haven't seen first hand what's going on. None of us have. But obviously he has some behavioural issues which he needs to address (hence the meeting in December).

They wouldn't bar him from training with the NRL boys if it was only a personal spat between Robbie and JT. It has to be something which they feel would drag down the entire squad for them to take such drastic actions. The club has never come out and aired all the dirty laundry on Robbie, and nor should they. So the public doesn't have any proof, presumably the club does though hence why these drastic actions are being taken to rectify the culture of our struggling club.

I'd be interested to hear what Robbie thought of pre season training at another NRL club compared to the WT's ??

Around the same time Wests Tigers told Farah this they also told the same to long serving servant Chris Lawrence. He made absolutely no fuss and is also remaining at Wests Tigers. Perhaps that's why they call him Rowdy.

Farah always makes the effort if he is fit and even when unfit. I can't recall one lazy captain in NRL so your comments are unwarranted.

Should be good for the club and sponsors and fans. As a Maggie supporter 50 years ago I came across what a true fan was when I met Tiger fans - a girl named Christine Burns.

After the furore over the attempt to move him on, if he has a lull in form the media spotlight will come down hard on him.

I cast no opinion about his past form, I was referring to how merciless the media (and the fans,) can be.

In any case I have made it quite clear I am not pro-Farah or pro-JT. I am pro-Wests Tigers.

I believe they will Knuckles. I guess a trait of good management is realising when a gamble doesn't play out and admitting it. The pressure is on everyone next year. After having a less than spectacular year on the field, Farah will be under pressure to justify his price tag, JT will be under pressure to deliver results and work reliably with Farah and the CEO/board will be under pressure to ensure the decision to back JT and keep Farah on is the right one.

I have a feeling that this is going to explode next year and we'll be worse off than when Potter was a dead man walking.
