Robbie's dragging things on…

Dragons fans are getting excited about the prospect of Robbie Farah joining the club, believing it is a fait accompli.

But those close to the situation insist Farah is not contemplating a moving of clubs and is more determined than ever to stick it out at the Tigers.

One train of thought is he will complete the full pre-season and see whether Jason Taylor goes through with his threat of starting a State of Origin hooker in reserve grade.

The pressure on Taylor would be immense and he'd be lucky to survive if the Tigers were to get off to a poor start without Farah.
Intriguing to say the least.

Wait What a player holding a Coach to ransom....digging in to hope the WT fail .....Intriguing indeed...hmmmm

That's the thing now if it is that way…...it's become a personal thing , not what's in the best interest of the Club moving forward .

Oh Boy :brick:

Whoa hold on - not having a go at you FT - but is there a direct quote from anyone in this piece of fluff story - or is it simply another page filler to satisfy someone's editor and justify his job. Please - judge Farah on his on field performances. Have not heard a word or a direct quote from him in weeks. At this point he is fulfilling his commitments like all the contracted players - until something concrete occurs time to give it a break.

All good mate.
Your spot on….there is no direct quote, but make no mistake about it this has become a personal battle from both parties.

People will call Farah a sook but he has a right to stay and fight for his spot if he feels that's what he wants to do. At the expense of his Career? That's his prerogative to decide.
JT has added to it aswell by getting Ballin to the Club.

All you guys are blaming the victim. He has stepped down the captaincy to put the team first or at least to give a bit of leeway. Taylor or Reddy made the threat to put him in reserves so don't whinge if that happens. Taylor has gone ahead with Ballin, he has made his decision so Robbie can also make his own decision. If Farah had gone soft I could understand management but as he was still a top tackler he can stand his ground with pride.

This is as much conjecture as anything anyone says about Farah.

Another attempt to rewrite history. Pascoe confirmed this during his radio interview.

So, in the latest "article" it states "Robbie's dragging things on…" as a secondary title.............when it should be renamed "The media dragging things on..."

Oh Boy :brick:

it was always personal for farah. dont think farah's even a tad bit interested in negotiating elsewhere.

So Farah wants the team and the club to fail and he is sticking his nose up at the coach and daring him to put place him in reserve grade …well this is truely the type of guy you want at your club the true Farah is coming out for all to see ,this guy is one big NEGATIVE any wonder they want him gone ![/quote

What was it that Robbie said in this article that makes you say that ????...........OOOPS, He didn't say anything. Let's just pretend he did!!!!!!!!

Farah hatred is boring. We should all hope he comes back and plays well as he is our best player apart from Tedesco. Anyone saying anything different is either deluded or does not really support Wests Tigers.

I was not aware of this. Happy to stand corrected.

Do you have some proof of the fact that Farah is stroking the media, or even Ayoub .
Snake, we'd all love to see it if you do, . Seems like Farah is doing all the right things at the moment , yet we still see posts that he is not.
Or is this just another ' if Farahs doing nothing, let's make up an imaginary story about him". Moment. I'd love to see any proof that Farahs doing anything apart from getting ready for next season.
It's interesting to be educated by you "enlightened ones" , but is it possible that you could sprinkle a couple of facts among your meanderings.

What's the difference between what Snake is saying and what people say about JT not having the support of the players. Is that a fact even though no player has ever been quoted saying as much?

Nothing - its all mind-reading.

None of us know exactly how the players are feeling or acting behind the scenes right now and personally I don't give a toss.

I just want to see us win games next year.

You have me confused now as I don't think he has been anywhere near our second best player and can't work out whether I am deluded or don't really support Wests Tigers.
