Once you realise what nearly everyone else knows, you will start to see the light.
That they've been conditioned to accept failure on a large scale under Maguire.
For whatever reason, he cannot get the best from the players he has available. He's had significant input into the squad.
OMG, the players have been doing this for 10 years, Madge wasn't here when the rot set in, he is tasked with changing it, I thought that was understood?
That was his job for sure. But unfortunately for us **he ended up being more rotten than the players.**
What a terrible thing to say about anyone.
I didn't mean he's a rotten person, just like I don't think the players are rotten people. I think that his inability to coach and his inability to have any accountability in the playing group has amplified our issues. Imagine conceding 100pts in 2 weeks and making almost no changes.
