1Tigers have their backs to the wall
Wests Tigers have offered Parramatta the services of star centre Tim Simona for this season.
But the Eels have said “thanks but no thanks” - we want David Nofoaluma instead.

The Tigers continue to have salary cap problems, while the Eels have cash to spend and are looking for one more outside back.
The two clubs are at a stalemate, however, over Simona and Nofoaluma.
Wests Tigers are happy to let Simona change colours, but the Eels have their eye on dynamic centre/winger Nofoaluma.
It’s unlikely that the Tigers will let Nofoaluma go, however, and the club will have to look elsewhere to solve its salary cap woes.
It is absolutely ludicrous to think we still have Salary Cap issues with the squad we have .
If your a Teddy or a Woods how in the Hell does our Club look appealing to re-sign when your still trying to offload a player 4 weeks before the Comp starts ? We are paying another Club to take Farah of us , trying to get Simona of our books when you don't even know how Idris will go :unamused: , don't know who will be Coaching us from 2018 onwards .
Seriously what can you offer these players to convince them that there future lies here ?
Let's be honest you can't expect Loyalty from players when you have demonstrated that you don't give that in return , trying to offload Simona that isn't Loyalty he signed a Contract in good faith and now your searching for a Club for him ? This Organisation makes me sick.
It's us suckers that fork out money year after year and hear the dribble the Club pledges for us fans to listen to .
Teddy , Woods and Moses look out for yourself cause when it comes to the crunch this Club will shop you around when they deem your surplus to requirements .
