Im not against this signing, you need some cheap depth, you cant have 30 marquees and it may put pressure on Tom Mikaele, but another prop doesnt make sense to me.

What's the point in upgrading a junior into the 30 if they aren't a chance of making first grade? Keep them in Flegg, keep developing them and also add in a depth forward who has a real shot of making first grade

Upgrade a junior and you just have the junior. Sign Amone and you have the junior and Amone which strengthens the squad more... seems pretty simple to me.

If a junior was killing it enough to the point they deserved a spot in the 30 it would've either happened by now, or it'll happen down the track after they've played some footy and we haven't been able to sign anyone. Still two spots open in the 30

Knock on him would be that he's never been able to play big minutes because of his size and as a result, fitness.
I think Madge sees how effective Tom could be if he dropped some kegs.

I was at the game yesterday, that traitor Aloiai looked so much smaller than our forwards....enjoy playing finals footy JA with Blacktown workers, also wonder what Tapau thinks of the WT forwards now...
