What has our dysfunctional joke of a club given Luke?

I was taking a break from this forum and this club and saw this as an opportunity to make a final point. I hope Brooks goes to a place where he is surrounded by a few decent footy players and it might make me giving up on this mob after 35 years a little easier.

The men in suits at this club are the flaccid ones.
They couldn’t run a chook raffle.

And what has our dysfunctional half given the club ..
He can’t even give us a repeat set .
I don’t care where he goes as long as he goes .

Seen the doco? His coach clearly wants the team to pin sides in the corner. A good tactic if anyone else could tackle.

Mate, I didn’t watch the Penrith game, I washed my car. First time I’ve elected not to watch a game in my time supporting the Tigers (since about 87). On Sunday night I wasn’t miserable.

So what do halves do ?

Take advantage of the platform set by the forwards. Identify space and then choose the right weapon at the right time. That’s a massive simplification but it all relies on momentum and having excellence around you. Our squad is not in the same stratosphere as the good teams. Let’s not pretend a good halfback would come here.
