Exactly the same team with Mikaele and Twal in for McIntyre and Seyfarth. I think Taylor played really well, especially in defense and our defense and should be rewarded with keeping his jersey.

Elijah was great defensively. He is a very good player. The problem is that he isn't big or fast enough to have an impact when we have the ball.

Doesn’t matter who Madge picks if we don’t fix the ruck defence the roooters will cut us to pieces. I think he left Liddle on for too long , also packer packer was caught out , Madge needs to keep the forwards fresh.

Caught out where?

first Dogs try wasn't a great look

You mean Eisenhuth not making the tackle and trying to be
covered up by Liddle, who missed, after he was trying to get
back into position. You mean that one?

Where Packer was nowhere near the break to be able to make
a tackle. You mean that is where he was caught out?

If you do, I don't think so. He would have had to be a fresh quick
half back to be able to get into a position to make that tackle.

He is a 120kg Prop, how fast do you think he is?

Liddle didnt get a good grab of him, is u rewatch the try, he just slides down him like he is made of butter lol

1. AD
2. Nof
3. BJ
4. Talau
5. Kepaoa

6. Mbye
7. Brooks

8. Aloai
9. Liddle
10. Huth
11. LL
12. Garner
13. Twal

14. Reynolds
15. Mikaele
16. Packer
17. McIntyre

Could swap Reynolds and Mbye, I think Mbye could be good at 5/8 playing one side with AD playing the other. This assumes Benji is injured but I think he is probably borderline being picked anyway. Mikaele and Packer coming in as the prop rotation helps maintain strong running game, McIntyre into lock when Twal gets a break and can cover the edge forwards. Musgrove probably replaces Huth if available.

I suggest you "rewatch" the match and look at all the tackles he nailed. He wasn't on his lonesome missing a tackle. I think i could forgive him in the circumstances.

AD will have to do at the back this year, no one there is really any better than him. Mbye has his strengths there but he's in no way reliable under the high ball.

1 - Doueihi
2 - Nofoaluma
3 - Leilua
4 - Mbye
5 - Talau
6 - Reynolds
7 - Brooks

13 - Twal
12 - Garner
11 - Leilua
10 - Packer
9 - Liddle
8 - Aloiai

14 - Mikaele
15 - McIntyre
16 - Blore
17 - Clark

That side would be a better chance than the one we trotted out yesterday, hope you are right

It would be great if Talau, Kepaoa and Abbey could audition for fullback in reserve grade. I am not saying they will be a top level fullback next year but we may learn something useful.

So Robinson came out and said he wouldn’t get any fresh bodies back, so JWH, Tupou, Chricton and Morris will all likely be out for our game still

Hutchison and Flanagan in the halves - very winnable

I think we might see JWH and Tupou. Its definitely a winnable game and the TAB offering $3.70 WT'S

COVID has stuffed a lot things this year and I would dare say its hampered Madges plan with the young guys he has at his disposal

Tupou always tears us a new one, but I think the combination of Hutchinson and Flanagan will make the roosters attack very clunky

No better chance to beat them but we’ll probably Screw
it up

Easts will have field day attacking right sided defence or lack of it

I disagree.
They will have a field day with Tedesco right through the middle.

yea bro our marker defence was so bad on Sunday

Scary bad ....and we are very slow in the middle

Still think we need to move Twal into the prop rotation and play either Lawrence or ET at lock

Would like to see Benji dropped but don’t think it’ll happen. Starting team will be the same - hopefully the bench is Reynolds, Blore, Mikaele and Twal.

Given how weak our middle was last week I would like to see Taylor start as lock to tighen up the middle.

I would also like to see Blore back on the bench and drop Seyfarth.

Twal and Miekele should both come back into the side.

Is it me or do others think Miekele has gone backwards this year?
