Human diet + lifestyle

Sorry mate it's only 200 papers did you check this guy out ?

Today you’re getting a deep dive with Dr. Thomas N. Seyfried!

Dr. Seyfried is Professor of Biology at Boston College, and received his Ph.D. in Genetics and Biochemistry.

He has over 200 peer-reviewed publications and is author of the book, Cancer as a Metabolic Disease: On the Origin, Management, and Prevention of Cancer
You linked me to a video with Dr Abs.

I don't see any videos here about Dr Seyfried. But that's not really the point, the point is have YOU read any of his papers, at least the summaries and where they were submitted? Have you background checked him? Do other academics reference his papers and/or support his theories?

That is truly how you conduct scientific research and analysis, by gathering not just total numbers of papers but critiquing them and seeing if the researchers are supported by other researchers. It's not a criticism - most people don't have the training to do this kind of analysis and myself I'm not a metabolism expert so I'd have to do a lot of reading to bring myself up to speed.

Because what you are posting sounds like "white coat effect" where because a "doctor" said something, it's definitely true or correct. Like that peanut cardiologist who was proposing people take horse drugs for COVID (Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective)) and people were jumping on board because they'd found one doctor who was suggesting a vaccine alternative.

So when you play devil's advocate - if eating only meat was truly the way for every to go, particularly for cancer, why is it a fringe diet? Why do so many researchers warn against abandoning a balanced diet? Now don't say it's a conspiracy or a rigged system because that's just nonsense.

Here you go - found a critique within about 10 mins looking

There is a few different reasons also that there is problems with some of the rodent data that I will briefly mention. The group of researchers that was really spearheading this, Dominic D’Agostino, Tom Seyfried, those guys popularized this with a rodent model that they created themselves, the VMM3 model of metastasis. The problem with that is that it doesn’t have external validation. And for the listeners, what that means is that no other scientists or groups outside of these individuals use that model to study cancer and treat cancer with a ketogenic diet in that model. So the only ones to do it, they created it. And they started conducting these experiments in rodents and started drawing conclusions in humans saying, “Hey, you can use this in humans. It can be an adjunct, it might even replace chemo and radiation by itself,” which is crazy to say in a research study that you conducted on rodents. And so you have both rodents being an inappropriate place to investigate a high fat diet because of the changes in basal metabolic rate and the difference in hepatic function. And then you also have a group of researchers who are responsible for popularizing this diet and cancer intervention who used a rodent model that didn’t have external validation. So you have multiple different problems with the rodent side of the research as well.

And what you've provided as support for these carnivore diets does not explain or get around the fairly strong links in cancer research between excess red meat and/or lack of fibre, particularly for bowel cancers.

This episode features Dr. Georgia Ede, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist specializing in mental health and the brain.

Dr Ede has spent 25 years researching the role of a Ketogenic Diet and the Carnivore Diet and its impact on mental illness and brain disease, namely dementia, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

This episode discusses how the brain functions at an optimal state and the 5 neurotransmitters responsible for mood and optimal brain function. Dr. Ede also shares the worst foods people are eating every day that destroys brain function and lead to common mental illnesses like dementia, Alzheimer’s, anxiety, and depression

Starve the cancer. Simple. Save money at the same time.
Yes mate best way 40 days should do it

Also hyperbaric chamber two times aweek at 2.5 times atmosphere is great

Dandelion root

Graviola

MMS

And a few others help

Dr Wallach had his medical licence taken off him for what he said about cancer and treatments and had to go to court to get it back and the judge agreed with him after evidence has prove he was correct

Then you can look up dr Valter Longo

Dr Babinski the polish guy in the USA and how he treats cancer and how they banned him he got his licence back and then they stole his findings and treatments for cancer and tried to past it off for a big company

Balance is key. You need meat, veggies, fruit, grains, water etc. Eat in moderation, cook nice food, enjoy eating it, it's ok to have a glass of wine with dinner. If you're having on average more than 2 drinks a night you need to cut back.
Moderation and balance. Lots of fresh ingredients and flavour. Focusing too much on any one food group is rarely a good idea.
I remember when suddenly everyone was doing some sort of caveman diet a few years back because some celebrity chef made a short term niche market, before everyone realised what a kook he was. These fads come and go.
Is he gaining 4.5kgs of lean muscle in 3 weeks? The regular human diet doesn’t cut the mustard IMO. Please refer to @Pascoes_barber for all Bonox questions
