The way he is playing at present the only GF winning side he would make would be a reserve grade side. In saying that don't believe a word that comes out of the media, 90% is fabricated or misquotes. I get the feeling Moses being a cocky sort of bloke would have a lot fun stringing some Nrl jurnos along who are short on IQ

Can you quote the Moses article? It sounds a lot like what Tedesco said the other day, except nothing about being in a GF side.

Wests Tigers stars Mitchell Moses and James Tedesco are on a collision course with management after declaring they won't let a club-imposed signing deadline pressure them into a decision on their futures.
Moses and Tedesco remain off contract, as do Aaron Woods and Luke Brooks, the other members of the Tigers' "big four". The club put extension offers to the quartet before the start of the season, but are no closer to getting an answer on their futures. Complicating matters is the fact officials have yet to officially announce a replacement for sacked coach Jason Taylor, although Ivan Cleary will be the man to do so.
Sea Eagles end Roosters undefeated run
The Manly Sea Eagles have snapped the Sydney Roosters' unbeaten start to the season thanks to a late double from Dylan Walker.
Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said the club would bring the issue to a head by imposing a deadline on the Woods, Brooks, Moses and Tedesco to take up the offers, a move that would give the club enough time to find replacements should they decide not to stay put. However, Moses and Tedesco echoed the sentiments of Woods in declaring they won't be pressured into making a decision.
"The club has been talking about putting a deadline on it," Moses said.

"There's not even a coach at the moment so if they've put a deadline on it, they've put a deadline on it.
"If I'm committing my future for the next four or so years, I think I've got every right to know who will be coach and what future lies ahead.

"I don't want to lock myself in long term and not know who the coach is. It's a big decision."
Tedesco knows the perils of rushing in and putting pen to paper. When he was last off contract, the NSW fullback signed a lucrative deal to join Canberra. **He rued the decision and was able to overturn it courtesy of a 10-day cooling off period, a mechanism that has since been abolished.**
"The last time, the last contract, I made a rushed decision," Tedesco said.
"I think that's probably the worst thing for us. It's best to take your time and not rush into a decision you're going to regret."
****RelatMoses and Tedesco are adamant that the biggest factor in coming to a decision is not money but the chance to play in a team that is a genuine premiership contender. The pair haven't played a single finals game since making their debuts and want to gauge how the Tigers will fare under a new coach before recommitting.
"It has nothing to do with money. Money is the last thing on my mind," Moses said.
"First thing is I want to be playing good footy in a good footy side. That's the biggest thing for me.
"As long as I'm playing good footy and enjoying my footy, the money doesn't matter.
"Being here the last three or four years and we've been at the bottom of the table every year, it takes its toll on you.
"There's something happening here at the Tigers. But obviously we want to know who the coach is and we want to win games."
Tedesco added: "That's any player's dream, to be playing finals football. Whether that's here or somewhere else, I have to see."

Who writes this crap lol

I suspect the same people who wrote the countless articles saying we sacked Potter and had to pay out his contract.

I don't think the players understand what the implications of this deadline are… if they don't want to sign before the deadline, then that's fine. But they need to understand that the offers from WT will no longer be on the table... so the only post deadline decision they will need to make is which NRL rival club do they want to sign with, because they won't be at the tigers.

Every time Moses speaks to the media he manages to turn me off him even more. He comes across as incredibly arrogant.

You would have hoped Journos would actually know what they are talking about.

Gone are the days of journos only publishing something if they have two independent sources. Journos these days, particularly sports journos, are just gossip columnists by another name.

I think some on here have hit the nail on the head , these guys are saying very similar stuff and that Grub manager they have is a major part of the problem , what the tigers and Cleary need to do is pull somebody's offer off the table to show them who is in charge , Brooks I ready is ready to sign but has been restrained , well if it's his manager doing this can his offer , see how this others react

We're running last. How about Moses Woods and to a lesser extent Teddy, win us a game off their bat today. Isn't that what elite players who command huge dollars do?

I agree. But at the same time very silly of the club to talk about deadlines and imposing them without a coach appointed. The club needs to announce cleary if the rumours are true. My feeling is it will be tomorrow. And leave all recruitment decisions on our current roster to him. He might not want some of the big 4 if there salary expectations as being reported are accurate. On the other hand he might sell them such a good story about the re-build that they all jump on board. This needs to happen sooner rather than later. Because if the big 4 moves on, we need to give cleary the best possible shot at recruiting good players from elsewhere.

Not a fan of deadlines. Teddy is a special case. Pretty sure there are 15 other NRL clubs who would sell their corporate soul (if they had one) to get him on board. I'll be happy if we can hang onto Teddy out of the so called Big 4\. Any of the others would be a bonus. Up to Cleary anyway.

Moses can go jump as far as I'm concerned.

Tedesco is just as bad, I am over the lot of them.

Same here. Recent interviews rubbed me the wrong way

While I agree his comments were poor, at least he has a bit of clarrit. I think he's earned the right to want to play in a good side seeing as how he's carried ours for the last 3 years. Moses on the other hand has earned nothing, yet speaks like a self entitled jerk.

Isaac Moses is poison. Job well done on getting your clients own fans to turn on them. Even people are getting Jack of Tedesco. Not that you'd care you flea.

You have these 100% correct. This guys is really doing an extremely poor job.

Many media have it as gospel Cleary to be officially announced tomorrow.
If so hopefully all this other crap with the boring four is sorted soon after

Yep, also agree. I would have gave my leftie for Tedesco and Moses a month ago. Got sick of Moses and now im sick of Tedesco too.

This has been dragging out for FAR too long. Make a god damn decision. You aren't committing to a lifetime. You are going to get paid. Most of their deals will probably be two years anyway.

You'd think we'd want their deals to be differing time frames… Don't want them all off contract at once again. Don't matter anyway I highly doubt we'll keep all four, probably two

David Fairleigh was 1

He's an assistant somewhere else. I noticed him last night. Can't remember which club though.

Raiders perhaps ?

I thought i seen him in the cowboys box next to paul green. Maybe get fairleigh and our big 4's idol payten as assistants.

I think (I'll make things up like everyone else) it was Cleary who said he would rather have a brown dog as an assistant than that "whiteanter" Payten.

Funny that because you are all over Woods and I think of all players, Woods being our sole Kangaroo rep has more right than any of the other players. to want to play in a good side. Woods has carried our pack for years.

Jaysus Milky you are certainly committed to the team, lucky you held onto your leftie. Who are you reserving your rightie for?

We need this sorted asap, there's no way this is not a distraction to the team and their preps for games.

Its ironic the moment JT goes the boring four are in the media non stop about their bloody deals… I liked it better when the club announced there'd be no comments on contract negs... And there wasn't.
