Some of it also determined by the stocks you have as well - eg if you’re chock full of outside backs you might need to make a tough call. Every club has had a youngster get away that proved them wrong, trick is for WTs to get the strike rate up in coming years.

Is it size? Papenhuyzen and Mullaney were small Liolavave, Tatola and Paseka were massive.

We should come up with a criteria (like the plodder scale) that determines which juniors should be kept.
These criteria can be known as "The Papenhuyzen Principles".
